Perfect Fit Wellness Center Membership Plans

General Public Membership Levels

Individual:    $30.00 Per Month

Plus One:      $50.00 Per Month

Family:          $75.00 Per Month
Plus One - one additional "Person of Importance"

Family - includes "Plus One" and up to 2 dependents

                ages 12 thru 15 are allowed to use the facilities with an adult

                ages 16 thru 18 are allowed to go "solo" after a youth training

Senior Membership Levels

Individual:    $20.00 Per Month

Plus One:      $40.00 Per Month

Senior - equals 60+ years of age



Active Military Membership Levels

Individual:   $20.00 Per Month

Plus One:      $40.00 Per Month

Family:         $60.00 Per Month

Active Military member must be the Primary Member





Corporate Membership Levels

Individual:    $10.00 Per Month

Plus One:      $30.00 Per Month

Family:          $60.00 Per Month
Corporate Membership requires cooperating Company Membership. Contact us to find out if your company is a participant or if you want information about how we can help you build a Corporate Wellness program for your company.



Other Programs that are available

  • Boot Camps - Boot Camps are offered seveal times a week. With Boot Camp Membership you can come to as many as you would like. Boot Camps are charged just like Memberships with no contracts. Boot Camp Fees are $50.00 per month, per person.
  • Courses - We offer many different training courses through the year. Each one is individually priced and lasts from one day to 12 weeks.
  • Personal Training - Personal training is available at all times. Please contact David Corder NSCA-CPT to set up a free consultation.
